WINDFARM GUY

Dennis is a veteran windfarm developer from the great state of Texas. Having worked on projects from California to Pennsylvania and Texas to Illinois, he has been an integral part of the development process of scores of wind, solar, transmission, and storage facilities, primarily wind.

 

In the process, he has worked with many county commissioners courts, townships, school boards, state legislators, state and federal agencies, landowners/landowner groups, Native American groups, and many more. He has also secured hundreds of thousands of acres for developing projects and miles of transmission line easements.

He has spoken to a multitude of groups, even sharing the stage with opposition leaders. Being knowledgeable in the wind industry and having a caring and calming delivery, Dennis has been known to defuse strained situations occurring in public settings. In addition, he is also an effective student communicator and has made multiple school presentations regarding wind energy. Over his career, he has spoken to thousands of students.

Dennis has a Master of Business Administration from West Texas A&M University, is a

Project Management Professional (PMP), a certified Right-of-Way Agent (RWA), and a

Texas Realtor (GRI, CMRS, ILHM endorsements).

​

Dennis stays busy as a consultant on renewable energy projects across the country. His business is Stout Unlimited, LLC. He is an effective land agent and development liaison as he has partnered with companies developing wind, solar, storage and transmission projects. In addition, he is also real estate agent in Austin, Texas and of course shoots and produces Windfarm Guy videos. He can help you too.
